These terms describe the use of slidedeck.co and the digital presentation products offered by SlideDeck Co (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read them before purchasing or using a deck. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
Our products
We offer editable presentation templates and publish independent deck reviews. Products are digital downloads; no physical item is shipped. The product page describes the files, supported formats, setup requirements, and license offered for that deck. You are responsible for having suitable software and for checking compatibility before purchase. Free samples are available where indicated.
A one-time purchase covers the specified deck. It is not a subscription, access to every deck, or a promise of unlimited future updates, unless the offer expressly says otherwise. Prices and available products may change for future purchases. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site.
Ordering, payments, and delivery
Purchases are available only when checkout is enabled and for the locations accepted at checkout. The checkout total shows the price, currency, and applicable transaction taxes before payment. An advertised price does not remove taxes that must be collected.
Where Stripe Managed Payments is used, the Stripe entity shown at checkout is the merchant of record. Its applicable buyer terms and transaction policies also apply. SlideDeck Co supplies the deck and provides product support. Nothing here overrides mandatory consumer rights or the rights and responsibilities of the merchant of record.
After successful payment verification, we provide access using the purchase email and a private download link. Links may expire for security; contact us or use the recovery option for renewed access. Keep your email address accurate and your access links private. Delivery may be delayed by payment review, email filtering, or technical problems. Contact us if you have paid but cannot access your files.
How you may use a deck
You receive a license to use the product, not ownership of the reusable template design. Unless the product’s included license grants broader rights, the license covers one buyer creating presentations for their own business and client work. You may edit the deck and share finished presentations. A license that expressly covers a purchasing company may also permit employees and contractors to use the files on that company’s behalf.
Do not resell, give away, upload publicly, or redistribute the reusable template files or slide library, including as a competing template product. Do not share purchase or download access with people who are not covered by the license. The product-specific license supplied with your purchase controls if it differs from this general description. These terms do not reduce rights expressly granted by that license.
Fonts, images, logos, software, and other third-party material may have separate license conditions. Follow the notices included with the product. You are responsible for rights to the content you add and for replacing example data with accurate information. Free samples remain subject to any license supplied with them and may not be resold as templates.
14-day refunds
You may request a refund for any reason within 14 days of purchase. Use our contact form and provide your purchase email, product name, and order reference if available. You do not need to explain why you want a refund, and downloading the files does not by itself disqualify a request made within that period.
We will arrange an eligible refund through the original payment service and payment method, subject to the merchant of record’s process. Your payment provider determines when funds appear in your account. After a refund, stop using the reusable template files and delete your copies; download access may be revoked. This does not require you to erase your independently created content.
If files are faulty, unavailable, or materially different from their description, contact us even after 14 days. We will work to resolve the problem, including replacement or refund where appropriate or required. Any additional refund or consumer rights under law or the merchant of record’s policies remain available.
Newsletter and contact messages
Email updates are optional. Subscribing does not include paid deck downloads. You can unsubscribe using the link in an email or your email preferences. A contact-form submission does not subscribe you to marketing. Do not use the form for spam, unlawful material, or confidential information you are not authorized to disclose.
Reviews and examples
Deck reviews are independent editorial opinions based on the sources identified in each review. Proposed changes are our suggestions, not statements made or endorsed by the company reviewed. A public excerpt may not represent a company’s complete presentation. Company names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Sample business figures and scenarios are illustrative unless explicitly identified otherwise. Templates and reviews are not investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice. You are responsible for checking facts and suitability for your audience. We do not promise funding, sales, or any particular presentation result.
Responsible use
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, retrieve another customer’s files, interfere with the site, or use our products unlawfully. We may restrict access reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, or material license violations, subject to applicable law and any rights you have in a valid purchase. A payment refund or dispute may temporarily or permanently affect download access.
Responsibility and legal rights
We aim to provide products that match their descriptions and to correct reported problems. To the extent permitted by law, we do not provide additional implied warranties or guarantee that every file will behave identically in every software version. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, SlideDeck Co is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or missed business opportunities, arising from use of the site or products. This does not limit responsibility for fraud, willful misconduct, or other liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and does not affect the refund policy above.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms for future use and purchases by posting a revised version and effective date. The purchase terms and license in effect when you buy continue to apply to that purchase unless you agree otherwise or a change is required by law.
